Behind British Strength Coaching is Alexander Clarke, owner of British Strength Magazine, competitive powerlifter, and former competitive bodybuilder.
With over twenty years of experience in multiple weight-training-related sports and fifteen years experience in coaching, Alex has amassed a vast array of knowledge in relation to gaining strength and muscle, losing body-fat, and coaching people, whether they be athletes or normal people who are just looking to get stronger, look better and shift some bodyweight.
